Pan Roasted 32 day dry aged, on the bone rib of beef, Native lobster and asparagus mac n cheese, Honey roasted root vegetables, fricassee of green vegetables with toasted almond butter, duck fat and dripping roast potatoes, bone marrow and tarragon jus with shallots and wild mushrooms.


The dessert includes: Fudge Brownie, chocolate fondue, mixed berries, truffles, pate de fruits, shortbread, pistachio baklava and Blackmore Devonshire clotted cream.
